From manufacturing ERP to an intelligent platform.
Hilniva was founded in 2020 in Santa Clara, California, to give growing manufacturers a faster, simpler way to run their core operations than disconnected systems, spreadsheets and manual entry.
We built Hilniva ERP, a cloud ERP for small and mid-sized manufacturers, then added Hilniva Payable and Hilniva Receivable for finance teams, and AI agents that take on the posting, matching and tracking people used to do by hand.
We've since applied the same approach to new problems. Hilniva SpacePulse manages seats across cities, buildings and shifts for BPO organizations, and Hilniva BI brings reporting together across all of it.
Today we serve manufacturers in the USA and India, and BPO organizations managing large, round-the-clock workforces.
